Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with CQC Boutique.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

If there are circumstances where your order fulfillment will be delayed we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 to US addresses via USPS.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days (after you receive your shipping confirmation) for delivery of all standard shipments.  Orders under $50 will be charged a flat $5.75 for standard shipping.

If you require faster delivery in the US, we offer 2 day shipping for a cost of $15.99 per shipment.  The carrier will be either UPS, USPS or FedEx.  We offer overnight shipping for $24.99 via UPS, USPS or FedEx.  We will make every effort to ship the same day if possible, otherwise we will ship the next day.


Refunds and Returns:

You found it, you loved it, you bought it, but when you received it something made it not entirely perfect.  That's a bummer, but we're here to help!

We understand that sometimes purchases need to be returned or exchanged. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the receipt of purchase.  All items must be unworn, in their original condition with all product tags attached.  Buyer pays for return shipping.  Buyer must first contact us to request a return authorization.

Once we have received the merchandise in its original condition it will be our pleasure to provide a refund. Please note that it is not our policy to refund shipping charges on the original order unless there are extenuating circumstances.
